It is another week of The Creative Exchange link party! I can’t wait to see what you have linked up.  Happy fall! My favorite season is now upon us. Our family has the best traditions for this whole season – pumpkin carving with roasted pumpkin seeds and hot apple cider, a visit to the pumpkin patch, a couple of hikes to see the changing leaves, trick or treating – and it is all so much fun!
