Teacher Appreciation Gift: Water Bottles. Fill a water bottle or straw cup with fun treats for your favorite teacher.
This was a quick and easy gift to put together and not expensive at all.
My son finished up preschool yesterday and I wanted to give his teacher and the two teacher assistants a little something to say ‘thank you’ for taking such good care of him this year! He really did learn a lot and had so much fun at his school.
Teacher Appreciation Gift Water Bottles
Supplies:
- Clear Acrylic Straw Cup
- Powdered Drink Mix Package
- Chocolate or Candy
- Printable Straw Wrapper
To put these together, I printed out a really cute saying on plain white cardstock for the cups:
Thank you for all you do
by quenching my
thirst for knowledge!
I got the inspiration for the saying from The Idea Room.
Cut out the sayings and adhere them to a strip of patterned paper with a tape runner. Cut out a reverse triangle on the end and cut two slits on the opposite side with a craft knife to slide on the straw.
I also wrote over the top of the words ‘quenching’ and ‘thirst’ with a colored pencil to highlight the play on words.
Add your goodies to the cups and slide the cute saying onto the straw on top!

To make it even easier to create this gift, I created a free printable you can use to attach to the straw.

What a great idea. Probably way more useful than a lot of the gifts they get.
