Super Heroes Assemble App #AvengersUnite

Are you all as excited for the new MARVEL’s The Avengers: Age of Ultron movie to release as we are? We have watched almost all of the MARVEL The Avengers movies. My son especially loves Iron Man. He was even Iron Man one year for Halloween. We are counting down the days for the new movie to release on May 1.

So, it comes as no surprise that we downloaded the new app called Super Heroes Assemble. My son loves apps and is always on the look out for cool, new ones. This one is super fun because it is interactive.

Can you see above the little circle with the lock that says “discover”? Once you click on it, you can unlock different characters to use in the app. You can find some of the images to scan online at Walmart.com/avengers and in the store itself.

To use the app:

1. Download the Super Heroes Assemble app on your phone or tablet. iPhone or Android
2. On your computer go to Walmart.com/avengers
3. Click on ‘Unlock more epic content’
4. Open the Super Heroes Assemble app and click ‘discover’
5. Scan the images you have opened on your computer
6. Go to Walmart to find displays to scan and unlock even more content

When you head to Walmart you can scan in store signage from Kellogg’s, Hasboro, Dr. Pepper or Marvel to reveal even more secret content on the app. 

In addition to the special signs, you can scan products to unlock content.

After you have unlocked your characters, you will click ‘suit up’ in the app. Then, you will take a picture of yourself (or really anything) and add parts of the costumes of each of the characters you have unlocked to your picture. I have to say this was my kids favorite thing to do with the app. They were laughing so hard and had so much fun suiting up!

Aren’t those so funny? You can mix and match different pieces of armor and the superheroes’ costumes, as you can see in my daughter’s Thor, Hulk, Ultron design.

You can also unlock the Hulkbuster Testing Facility 360.

Once you have unlocked it, you will be able to watch a demo of the new Hulkbuster armor. You move your phone or tablet all around to see how the new armor works.

You can also download different characters for photo opps. They are super cool and look 3-D.

And of course, you can watch movie trailers as well. My kids watched these over and over and kept asking when we can go see the movie!

You can check out the cool MARVEL’s The Avengers products you can purchase right within the app. My son, chose this really cool toy that has three levels to act out the movie with.
