Disclosure: I am a design team member for Life-n-Reflection. I have received product to review. All opinions are my own.
I have not done any photography posts in a while, but I am excited to tell you that I have a few coming up for you. I took my first photography class. I finally understand manual mode on my camera a little better!
This month, I tried out the lomo action pack by Life-n-Reflection. If you are not familiar with Photoshop actions, basically they are a set of recorded steps used to edit your photos. You can create your own actions to help you edit pictures if you find yourself doing the same process over and over. Or, you can download a set of actions from a designer to help you achieve a look to your photo without having to do it manually.
Actions are an easy way to enhance your photos with just the click of a button.
Last month we went to the Arizona desert to go camping and for my husband to participate in an archery tournament. We had a great time and I was able to take some pictures of the desert landscape.
I will show you the pictures straight from my camera, and then the after picture using the lomo action pack.
Lomo Action 2:
Lomo Action 5 (opacity reduced to 45%):
Lomo Action 4:
I did no additional editing to the photos other than adding the action. The pictures each take on a completely different look.
Have you ever used a photoshop action before?
