Every year my kids write a letter to Santa telling him a few good deeds they have done throughout the year. They also ask for a few gifts that they really, really want. And lastly, they tell Santa what kind of cookie or treat we will be leaving for him this year.

When my oldest was learning to write, I created a printable letter that he could fill out the most important parts without having to write so many extra words. This worked perfectly when he was in kindergarten and first grade. Even now that my son is in fourth grade, he still likes to fill out our fancy letter. And my daughter is in first grade and should be able to do it all on her own this year.

I try to create a new design each year. Then, we take them down to our local post office and drop them off in the special Santa mailbox. If we get it out early enough, Santa writes them back! It is such a fun tradition.

I haven’t shared our letters in a while, so I thought it would be fun to share the printable versions I created this year with all of you. I created three different versions.
