How To Make a Batman Mask. Create an easy DIY Batman mask using this free printable template for your Batman party or to dress up in a costume. This was the perfect addition to my son’s LEGO Batman party.
For my son’s Lego Batman party, I made superhero capes and Batman masks for the treat bags. They were able to wear these at the party and then take them home. These were so easy to make and really did not take too much time. Today, I am sharing this free printable Batman mask template to create an easy to make Batman mask.

Trace your template pattern onto the foam. Cut it out.
Note: I used the large sheets 2mm thick from my local craft store. You can find it in the kid’s craft section. You can great a great deal on Amazon here: 30 Pack 2mm Craft Foam
Punch holes on either end of the mask. I used my Crop-A-Dile, but any hole punch will do.
Tie and knot your elastic to each end.
Note: I used this elastic from Jo Ann’s. You can find it with the elastic and velcro. Usually in an aisle near the notions.
Have fun with your mask. If you choose to make your own, the template is sized for a child approximately five years old. If you have an older child or would like to make this for an adult you will have to enlarge the template to fit.
