Welcome to Day 28 of ‘31 Days of Homemaking Printables‘ series.
Today’s printable can be included in the health section of your home management binder. It is an exercise log. You can use it to track the date, your exercise, how many minutes you worked out or how many sets and/or reps, as well as any notes you may have.
Originally, I was also going to include a printable food log, but I think the weekly meal planner can easily be adapted to work as a food log for you to record what you are eating each week if this is something you are trying to track.
