Child Information Sheet. 31 days of free printables to get your home life organized. Today’s printable is a child information sheet. Add it to your planner or home management binder.
Welcome to Day 25 of 31 Days of Homemaking Printables series.
I have posted before about having a section in your home management binder to keep track of all your kid’s information. This can be helpful for everyone in the family to be on the same page, as well as having the information available when someone else watches your child.
This first sheet was created to keep track of basic information about each child. Knowing your child’s current weight is invaluable when dispensing medication. You can also record allergies, any special medical conditions, and insurance information.
If you have a babysitter or nanny, this information will be readily available for them to take action if your child gets sick. It can also be helpful as a parent to not have to dig for this information when your child becomes ill.
I typically update my sheet each time my children have a well-visit check. Now that my son is getting older, I have him step on the scale twice a year to get an accurate weight measurement for him. This is the first sheet in my Children section of my home management binder.

These tips were so helpful and the printable’s especially… I am not a mom but I made one for my mother and I could not find anything from the start so I ended up with about 60 pages after all your help. Thanks so much @Laura <3
