Emergency Contact Sheet. 31 days of free printables to get your home life organized. Free printable emergency contacts list. Add it to your planner or home management binder.
Welcome to Day 2 of 31 Days of Homemaking Printables series.
The very first sheet in my home management binder is the emergency contacts list. I have it filled out and placed into a sheet protector. It is the first sheet you see when you open the binder, and for good reason.
Should anything happen, I want to be able to access these numbers quickly. And I want anyone in my home to be able to access these numbers quickly in case of an emergency, as well.
The list includes the main emergency number – 911 and the phone number for poison control. I also have a space to record the name and phone number for your primary care doctor, pediatrician, dentist, pediatric dentist, hospital, and veterinarian.
