Welcome to Day 12 of the 31 Days of Homemaking Printables series.
We will now move on to the menu planning section of our binders. This section is just as important as the household printables to allow your home to run smoothly, in my opinion.
How many times have you found yourself at 4:00 staring blankly into the fridge, wondering what to make for dinner?
Carefully planning your meals for the week allows you to save time and money. You can efficiently shop once per week or every two weeks—whatever works for you. You can plan your meals weekly, bi-weekly, or even monthly.
No matter how you meal plan, you have to go to the grocery store at some point. I find it easiest to divide my list into sections. After constantly rewriting my grocery lists to make them more efficient, I finally created a printable to make it even easier for myself.

Free Printable Grocery Shopping List
Today, you can download your own blank printable grocery shopping list.
The one I use at home has our most purchased items pre-filled in for me. That way, I just check them off if I know we need them, and it helps me remember what I need to get. You can easily do that with this blank list by writing in your most purchased items and then making copies of your sheet.
You will notice that under each section, you have a place to check off the items as you purchase them. I have also found it helpful to use a highlighter to mark off my list as I shop.
You can make this printable re-usable by laminating it and using a dry-erase marker, or you can place it in a clear page protector and use a wet-erase marker.
