Dance Baby Onesie. Create this adorable “Born to Dance” baby onesie with a Cricut machine and iron-on transfer.
My daughter has been dancing since she was four years old, and I have been taking tap and jazz dance classes for about seven years now.
We have some of the sweetest teachers at our studio, and when one of them has a baby, it is the perfect time to break out the Cricut and make something adorable.

How to Make a Dance Baby Onesie
This is a very simple beginner Cricut project. You only need a few supplies and your imagination.

Once you get to the mat preview page, check Mirror On for every mat. Anytime you work with iron-on you want to do this.
Cut Out Iron-On
Use a Cricut machine to cut out the iron-on.

Weed Iron-On
Weed out all the excess iron-on.

You can use a weeding tool to remove all the small pieces between the letters.

Iron-On Design
Use an EasyPress or iron to attach the iron-on to the onesie. I started by placing the black iron-on first.

Use the Cricut Heat Guide to determine the temperature and time settings for the specific iron-on material you are using.

Peel off the protective layer once the iron-on has cooled.

Note: Iron-on is either cold-peel or warm-peel. If the instructions say ‘warm peel,’ peel off the protective layer while the iron-on is still warm. If it says cold peel, wait until the iron-on has completely cooled before removing the protective layer.
Then, I placed the pink iron-on.

I used a protective sheet since the black iron-on was already attached.

This little dance onesie is perfect for any tiny dancer in your life.
