Cricut Bright 360 Ultimate LED Lamp
Today, I am going to try to answer all the questions you may have about the Cricut Bright 360 lamp.
Cricut Bright 360 allows you to see and do more – the ultimate LED lamp for every craft and maker. This lamp lets you see every detail comfortably with less eye strain, glare, and hotspots.
Fully Adjustable
The lamp is fully adjustable at four points of articulation, so you can move it exactly where you need it. You can pivot, rotate, and glide the lamp easily.
Tilt – move the lamp side to side or up and down. The lamp head tilts up and down, as well.
Raise – you can raise and lower the lamp over your work surface to get the right amount of light on your project.
Rotate – this lamp rotates a full 360 degrees around the base.
What Size are the Lamps?
There are two models – a floor lamp and a table lamp.
Table Lamp
Base: 9 in (22 cm) (diameter)
Height: 16.5 in – 26.5 in (42 cm – 69 cm)
Width: 31 in – 39 in (79 cm – 99 cm)
8.7 lbs (3.9 kg)
Floor Lamp
Base: 10.5 in (27 cm) (diameter)
Height: 46 in – 56 in (1.2 – 1.4 m)
Width: 31 in – 39 in (79 cm – 99 cm)
14.8 lbs (6.7 kg)
How Bright is the Lamp?
You can dial in your optimum brightness by sliding the switch on the arm up or down. The table lamp adjusts to 1500 lux and the floor lamp to 3000 lux.

You may see different words regarding the brightness of light – lux and lumens.
- Lux is a measure of illuminance, the total amount of light that falls on a surface
- Lumens is a measure of luminous flux, the total amount of light emitted in all directions.
The big, broad head of the lamp evenly lights up the workspace by up to 4 square feet.
It is good to note the lamp head is always cool to the touch, even after hours of use. If you have ever burned yourself adjusting a craft light, you know how important this is!
Accurate Colors
Bright 360 lets you see the colors in their truest forms with a high 95 CRI (color rendering index).
What is CRI? It’s the measurement of light in relation to how it affects the appearance of color. The color rendering index chart ranges from 0 – 100.
Lights are rated based on how accurately they can produce light that matches natural light, like the sun. The closer to 100, the closer you are to natural light.
Warm to Cool
The slider switch on the arm of the lamp allows you to adjust the temperature of the light. You can switch from warm to daylight to cool with one switch.
The daylight and cool settings are very helpful for craft photography. This is a huge selling point of this lamp if you are a small business owner who takes your own photos.
I often work in the evenings but wait until the next day to take pictures, which is not ideal. Not anymore with Cricut Bright 360!

What Type of Bulbs Does the Lamp Use?
Bright 360 uses long-lasting, energy-efficient LED bulbs. These bulbs last more than 40,000 hours. This means you can use the lamp for 8 hours a day for OVER 13 years before the bulbs burn out.
The bulbs are not replaceable, typical for broad-head lights like this.
How do you assemble Cricut Bright 360?
Connect the stem to the base until you hear an audible click. Once assembled, it cannot be taken apart.
How Much Does Bright 360 Cost?
The table lamp is $199.99, and the floor lamp is $249.99.
Which Bright 360 is Right for Me?
Measure the space where you plan to use your lamp. Each lamp has a different reach, so depending on the application, you will want to choose the right lamp for your space and needs.
I chose the floor lamp because I didn’t want additional items in my crafting workspace. I have a small portable photo set-up that would not work well with the table lamp base.
The lamp base is 9″ on the table lamp, so consider that when deciding which lamp to purchase.
However, if you craft on a very tall work surface, you may want to choose the table lamp, as the 56-inch height may be too short to position the light exactly where you need it.
Also, since this lamp can rotate and pivot in so many directions, it probably would not work well in a corner to get the full functionality of the lamp.
