Bunny Ears Wreath. Create a charming Dollar Tree bunny ear wreath for Easter with this easy DIY tutorial! Made with budget-friendly supplies, pastel eggs, butterflies, and spring florals, it’s the perfect festive decoration for your front door.
Today, I have another Dollar Tree craft project to share with you. I have seen these bunny ear wreath forms for a few years, and I am thrilled with how this Easter wreath turned out.

Supplies:
- Bunny Ear Wreath Form
- Green Burlap Ribbon
- Floral Greenery Stems
- Faux Allium Floral Stems
- Foam Pom Pom Stems
- Faux Onion Grass with Butterflies Stem
- Easter Egg Picks
- Glue Gun and Glue Sticks

Cover Wreath in Burlap
Start by gluing the burlap ribbon to the back of the metal wreath form.

Wrap the ribbon around the circular part of the wreath, leaving the bunny ears open.

Use hot glue to secure the ribbon to the backside of the wreath.

Glue on Greenery
Pull the greenery off of the stems.

Start by adding the stems to the bunny ears. Cover the wire with the greenery to cover the wire.

Tuck the stems into the ribbon to determine placement of the stems. Then, use a dab of hot glue to secure each stem.

Add Flowers and Pom Poms
Again, pull the flowers and pom poms off the stems. Space them around the wreath and use hot glue to attach them. Most of them can also be tucked into the ribbon to hide the ends of the stems.

Add Eggs and Butterflies
Lastly, add the butterflies and the eggs. Carefully remove the picks from the eggs and use hot glue to attach them.

I love how this wreath turned out. Although it is a bunny and works great for Easter, I think the colors and florals make it suitable for the entire spring season.
