We entertain a lot, and we especially like to entertain in the summertime. This delicious brunch punch recipe is sure to be a hit with only three simple ingredients. It would also be a great recipe to use for a morning bridal or baby shower.
The traditional drink for brunch is a mimosa made from orange juice and champagne. Since we entertain with our kids a lot, adding alcohol to the drinks we serve doesn’t always work. This punch is perfect if you don’t want to serve alcohol but still want to serve a fun drink.
This punch is so simple and comes together in just minutes. Simply stir together the orange juice and mango nectar in a large punch bowl or pitcher. Then pour in the lemon-lime soda. You can add some orange slices to the pitcher or punch bowl and garnish each glass with an orange wedge to dress things up a bit.
For the over 21 crowd, you can add in whipped cream, orange, or mango flavored vodka; champagne; or citrus or mango flavored rum to make this an alcoholic punch recipe.

This sounds delicious, but why do you recommend orange juice not from concentrate?
Laura Silva says
Personally, I think it tastes a little better and often has less added sugar. But any orange juice will work for this recipe.
