We are just one short day away from the new year! I don’t know about you, but I love how inspired I feel when I know a new year is coming. It always feels like a fresh start to me. The week between Christmas and the new year is the perfect time to do some self-reflection.

The Christmas decorations have come down, my home decor is a clean slate, and I am ready to tackle a new year. This week I have been busy writing out my goals, organizing, and updating all my information in my binders and planners.

Once again, I have received requests for a new calendar for 2016 that coordinates with the other 31 days of homemaking binder printables. I am happy to get it to you just in time! Print out this calendar and add it to your home management binder, your command center or even your planner.

I am also including this printable in my Etsy shop, but my readers get it absolutely free! (This download is for personal use only. Do not share the direct link to the .pdf/.jpg file. Please link back to the original post when sharing.)

I use this printed out calendar in both my home management binder and a small version printed out to put on my cork board above my desk.

In the beginning of my binder, a section is divided by monthly tabs. I place all the kids important papers that have dates on them, future schedules, sports schedules, local community event calendars and pretty much anything else with a date on it. This way, when I am planning out my month, I know exactly what we have going on and I can fill out my planner accordingly.

  1. I’ve also cleaned up all the mess that my house was after the holidays and the Christmas decorations is back in the box on the attic. The new year is here and I need to organize myself in thinking about tasks and housework management again. I definitely need to use a calendar and start listing the weekly and daily cleaning routines! Thanks for sharing the calendar! I wish you a successful year!
