Welcome to Day 28 of ‘31 Days of Homemaking Printables‘ series.
Today’s printable can also be included in the ‘health’ section of your home management binder. It is an exercise log. You can track the date, your exercise, how many minutes you worked out or how many sets and/or reps, as well as any notes you may have.
Originally, I was also going to include a printable food log, but I think the weekly meal planner can easily be adapted to work as a food log for you to record what you are eating each week, if this is something you are trying to track.
