Ninjago Party Invitation

My son’s birthday is a month away and I have started preparing for his party. He is turning 6 and requested a Lego Ninjago party. He specifically likes the green ninja – Lloyd ZX.

I created an invitation for his party using my My Memories Software.

To create the invitation I opened up a blank 4 x 6 album. I added a rectangle shape to fill the page and filled it in with black. I added an image I found on Google for the picture at the top using the ‘add photos’ button. Lastly, I added a text box with all the information for the party.
I plan on printing them out at Walgreens (this is why I chose the 4 x 6 size to create my album). Now, all I have to do is get some envelopes from the craft store to mail them out!
I created a Ninjago Party Pin Board on Pinterest if you need more ideas for your own Ninjago party! Tomorrow I plan on sharing a printable that I created to help me plan my party. Every year I tend to overdo it and get completely stressed out. I hope by being really organized this year I can eliminate some of that stress and not add too much to my plate.
Do you go all out for your kid’s birthday parties or do you keep it simple?

(You can get a discount on the My Memories software by using the code in my sidebar under ‘Sponsors’)

This is so cool! I have to say, I’m glad my son isn’t into ninjago. It’s hard enough keeping up with pokemon (and before that it was bakugan).

  2. Hi I found your blog on 36th Avenue on Facebook. Yes I am a Nanaw of 4 and we have always gone a bit overboard on their parties. We tend to do it on the adults as well….we’re all kids at heart aren’t we? =) I would love for you to stop by my blog when you have time.

This is amazing! I’m preparing for my son’s ninjago party and really struggling for pictures! The green Ninja is also his favourite – is there a possibility you can tell me which website you got the image from? can you email me if you find it please? mona_alagha@hotmail.com
    Many thanks

    Amazing Work!

I am too planning for my son’s difficult theme Ninjago, I am having a hard time looking for images to decorate.

Would you mind sharing the website to where you found the image?
