Supplies needed:
- Glass ornaments
- Scrapbook paper
- Paper Trimmer
- Ribbon
- Embellishments (Optional)
Step One:
I used scrapbook paper that had different Christmas/holiday sayings on it. Cut the words into long strips
Step Two:
Open the top of the ornament and place the strips of paper inside.
Step Three:
Put the top back in place and secure a ribbon on the top. I added some small snowflake shapes I found near the buttons to the ribbon. I just added a jump ring to the snowflake and attached it to the top.

I would love for you to stop by and link up your ornaments to my 25 Days of Christmas Ornaments linky party.

ReplyDeleteThey are so great! Thanks so much for joining in on our Tag-Along Thursday Blog Hop, I am now following your lovely blog. Em
ReplyDeleteThey do look great and almost easy enough for the kids to join in on part of it , don't you think? Did your 5 year old help?
ReplyDeleteLesley - I made these by myself. I did them two years ago, so my son had just turned 3. But I do think you could do this project with kids. You might just have to cut the paper strips for them. Although, my 5 year old loves to use the paper trimmer! :)
ReplyDeleteThese are so pretty and simple. Love the ribbon you used too. I am a new Fb fan visiting from Sugar Bee Crafts. Vicky from Mess For Less
